HELP US FUND EMERGENCY TRAVEL FOR PEOPLE RELEASED FROM ICE/DHS DETENTION CENTERS

Hello Vuelo has been getting requests to fund emergency travel for people who are being released from DHS detention centers across the country. In many cases, people are being detained even when they have documentation, sent to detention centers far from their home - Michigan, San Diego, Mississippi - and then left to figure out their way back after community organizations are able to get them released. In other cases, there are minors who are being released at 18 years when they aging out of detention centers and need to be sent to their family members/sponsor.

We are trying to raise $10,000 by end the of year to fund 20+ family reunifications.

All travelers are brought to Hello Vuelo by trusted community partners such as Make the Road NY, The Young Center, and more.

HelloVuelo is a volunteer run organization and 100% of your donation goes to fund travel cost for low income travelers, reuniting them with loved ones. We are a 501c3 and all donations are tax deductible.

Any contribution is appreciated and 100% of your donation will go directly to reuniting families.
